Viewing the Showflat
Showflat for the High Park Residences was open on 4 July 2015. Balloting day was on the 17 July. Or so this was what I was told. I viewed the showflat after the balloting day. I had been viewing showflats for a few months after having decided to purchase a second property and I came across this showflat after leaving another one in the vicinity.
After been greeted by the real estate salesperson (the new term used for property agent), visitors to the showflat sat through the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSV-r_HkSVo). Note the I do not maintain the validity of the video in the link. All copyrights belong to their respective owners.
