Construction progress as of 17 February 2017

A few days ago, one of my colleagues shared over lunch break that a preview event for a condominium project named Grandeur Park Residences starts tomorrow. Since he stays in the Bedok South area, he will be visiting the show flat tomorrow.

And the reason why I am mentioning this is because Grandeur Park Residences is developed by CEL, who are also the developers for High Park Residences.
