Videos from years ago
New launch of condominium projects often involves having marketing videos of the project, some of which appear on national TV. And High Park Residences had many marketing videos.
When the showflat was opened, visitors to High Park Residences showflat sat through an Introductory Video of the project. That experience was the first for me as I did not recall other projects doing the same back then.
The other videos are ones that I found on Youtube. These videos inform about the possible Adventure or Romance one might have while staying in the apartment, or the convenience that the High Park Club can offer the residents. There is also a video briefly introducing the Sengkang Neighborhood where High Park Residences is located.
As the project nears completion, more and more marketing materials of the project that were available on internet (2 years ago) are slowly disappearing.
I especially like the video on Neighborhood because the video showed a more realistic picture of how High Park Residences when completed.
